Shipping - Domestic

Free Shipping for orders over $180.

Standard shipping for orders under 5kg and under $180 is a flat $10 fee. 

Heavy good shipping (applies to limited stock) for orders over 5kg is a flat $25 fee regardless of spend, this will be calculated automatically at checkout 

Your order will be packed in 1-2 working days, and have a delivery estimate of 3-4 working days. Please note Western Australia and Tasmania may take longer. Delivery times will change at peak times of year - Christmas and Easter.

Please note Monkey Puzzle is not responsible for items lost or undelivered while in transit. If you are worried about this please email sayhello@monkeypuzzletoys.com.au before you order, so we can organise insuring your package. Lost or undelivered items will not be replaced or refunded. 

Pick Up

You can choose to pick up at our store in Summer Hill NSW, just select this option at checkout. We will take 1-2 working days to pack your order. Once your order is ready we'll send you a notification. Please collect your order within 7 days from notification.

Shipping - International

Returns

We take great pride in the products we select, brands we work and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible - we need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product and cover your return shipping.

Please note that Monkey Puzzle is not responsible for transit costs for returned items - these are at the customer’s expense unless a product is faulty. We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.
