Polepole (poh-leh poh-leh) meaning slowly, slowly in Swahili describes how these little guys are created. Created by T-Lab of Japan, each animal is hand carved from soft and sustainable Albiza wood and then carefully hand-painted, giving them their own unique, but always cute, look.
